Testing for Success
We contribute to your success by providing you with FREE periodic fluids testing. Closely monitoring and keeping detailed records from test results is essential to maximizing fluid performance. Our lab reports are designed to help you do this. As we capture and report data over time we record the results as a trend line so you can see how your fluid is performing over time.
Testing also protects your fluids. If your fluid is beginning to break-down we catch it before there is a problem.
How we test
Your lubrication specialist will set up a testing schedule for each of the Performance Biolubes lubricants you are using. Oils are generally tested quarterly, while water coolants are tested monthly. Your lubricant specialist will ether personally come to your plant to pull the sample or coordinate with someone in your plant to pull the samples and mail it.
How test results are reported to you
Approximately 5 days after a sample is pulled you and your lubrication specialist will receive an email containing a report of the current test results as well as summarizing earlier tests as a trend line. Our reports also include an analysis and recommendation. Most importantly, if there are any changes that may give rise to a problem everyone is alerted. As stated above the goal of is to keep our customers from having problems; not solve problems after they happen.
